Healing Hands Health is hosting a Free Health Fair on Thursday, August 31st and Friday, September 1st at 245 Midway Medical Park, Bristol, TN in partnership with ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, Rural and Community Programs.
The two day Free Health Fair is open to the public. Everyone is welcome whether you have health insurance or not! There will be giveaway opportunities, resource vendors and attendees will receive a complimentary meal!
Health services provided and resources available at the Free Health Fair include Pap Smears, Chest X-rays, Mental Health Screenings, Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Tests, Lab Tests/Blood Work, Blood Pressure Checks, School & Sports Physicals.
Health Hero will be onsite to provide COVID-19, Flu and other vaccines and boosters and staff will be available to sign up new Healing Hands’ patients.
